Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a <PERSON>. This role involves working on diverse construction, renovation, and restoration projects, requiring a strong understanding of masonry, blueprint reading, and heavy equipment operation. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand tools, power tools, and schematics, and will be committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship in a safe and efficient manner. This position offers opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic environment focused on building and restoring structures.

Responsibilities

Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to perform construction, renovation, and restoration tasks
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution
Perform masonry work including bricklaying, stonework, and related activities
Conduct caulking and sealing to ensure structural integrity and weatherproofing
Operate heavy machinery safely in accordance with safety protocols
Assist in demolition, site preparation, and cleanup activities as needed
Follow project plans meticulously while adhering to safety standards
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to client specifications

Qualifications

Proven experience with construction, masonry, or renovation projects
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and schematics reading
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation
Experience with caulking, restoration techniques, and general building maintenance is preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Relevant certifications or licenses related to heavy equipment operation or construction are a plus
