Job Summary
CIRA Investments is seeking a highly professional, bilingual (English & French) Marketing Coordinator & Investor Relations Specialist to support our growing real estate investment platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in marketing initiatives, investor engagement, brand development, and business growth while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness and support capital-raising initiatives.
* Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.
* Manage investor communications, follow-ups, event invitations, and relationship-building activities.
* Assist with investor presentations, offering materials, corporate communications, and promotional campaigns.
* Maintain a professional online presence and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
* Coordinate corporate events, networking functions, investor meetings, and community engagement initiatives.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and support business development efforts.
* Support lead generation, investor outreach, and relationship management activities.
* Collaborate with senior management to execute strategic marketing and investor relations initiatives.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate investment, private equity, mortgage, financial services, or investment management environment.
* Proven experience managing social media platforms and developing professional marketing campaigns.
* Strong content creation, copywriting, and digital marketing skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
* Professional business attire and presentation required.
* Strong organizational, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.
* Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and social media management tools.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and represent the company professionally.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
