What We’re Looking For:

Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor
A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring others through movement.
Ability to create a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for clients of all levels.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building meaningful client relationships.
Commitment to personal growth and an interest in fostering holistic wellness.

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, personalized Reformer Pilates classes in alignment with Pinnacle Pilates’ values and mission.
Cultivate a sense of community and connection among clients through mindful, engaging instruction.
Offer modifications and progressions to ensure a safe and effective workout for clients of all abilities.
Collaborate with our team to maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.
Uphold Pinnacle Pilates’ core values of authenticity, curiosity, and celebration in every class and interaction.
