Your Responsibilities
- You'll process LiDAR datasets, including boresight adjustments, point cloud classification, manual editing, quality control, and the creation of derived data products.
- You'll perform quality assurance reviews to ensure deliverables meet project and client specifications.
- You'll identify data quality issues, assist with troubleshooting, and support production solutions.
- You'll monitor assigned work to ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- You'll collaborate with Technical Leads and senior analysts to maintain consistent production standards and workflows.
- You'll maintain project documentation, communicate progress, and support teammates through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience processing LiDAR data within a geospatial or mapping environment.
- Hands-on experience with LiDAR production software such as TerraSolid, TerraScan, MicroStation, LP360, GeoCue, Global Mapper, ArcGIS, LASTools, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of LiDAR processing workflows, point cloud classification, quality assurance methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Strong organizational, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
