Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Financial Advisor. This position focuses primarily on administrative responsibilities, with occasional client interaction, and plays a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the practice while supporting an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and organize client meeting materials, summaries, and reports for the Financial Advisor
Process client transactions and follow up with product providers using carrier websites to ensure timely completion.
Monitor incoming emails, respond as appropriate, and maintain accurate records of correspondence.
Maintain organized and up-to-date client files and records.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous administrative experience, preferably in financial services, banking, insurance, or a related industry.
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Strong computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Bilingual in English and French (required).
