Empire Homes is seeking a Warranty Manager! In this role, you will oversee the daily operations across multiple sites, while managing high-level escalations with homeowners and trade partners. You will also be responsible for supporting and monitoring team development, including training, career path planning, timesheet management, scheduling, and addressing employee concerns.
This role is located in the Niagara Region. This posting is for a replacement position. The expected annual salary range for this role in $80,000-$105,000/year. This position is also eligible to participate in our short-term incentive program.

What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in homebuilding industry required.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma or trade equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to manage homeowner relationships with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Proven experience handling escalations, with effective conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience.
- Knowledge of CPG Guidelines.

What You’ll Be Doing Each Day
- Manage the warranty service program and conciliation according to set objectives for service reports and warranty items identified from Pre-delivery, 30 day and year-end inspections, obtaining Homeowner acknowledgement for work completion.
- Review work schedules completed by service team and provide administrators with trade partner contacts to complete warranty work orders.
- Inspect work completed by Warranty team based on agreed upon schedule and provide ongoing guidance and technical support.
- Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training new Warranty staff; and provide ongoing training for existing Warranty staff.
- Management documentation of purchaser requests and deficiencies.
- Attend weekly Warranty meetings for resolution and actionable outcomes of service or warranty items, prepare and provide weekly summary reports and aging reports on work order completion.
- Manage any outstanding or backlog of Warranty work completion.
- Develop and document procedures for Warranty service work.
- Attend Tarion seminars and attend home purchaser functions as required.
- Complete touch points with homeowners to address concerns outside the scope of supervising technician.
- Review and approve or revise VPO quotes and submissions as well as back charges to trade partners.
