SNBB Solutions delivers smart industrial automation, real-time production visibility, and custom-built solutions that help manufacturers improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance.

Position Overview
SNBB Solutions is seeking an independent Outside Sales Representative on a contract, commission-based basis to help grow our business in manufacturing and industrial markets.

This is not an entry-level sales role. We are specifically looking for sales professionals who already have an established network of decision-makers, plant contacts, operations leaders, engineering managers, and other relevant industry relationships. We want someone who can open real doors quickly through existing trusted connections and turn those relationships into qualified business opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who already knows the right people in the industry and wants to monetize those connections through a strong commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for SNBB Solutions
Leverage your existing network to introduce SNBB Solutions to qualified prospects
Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities within manufacturing and industrial sectors
Set meetings, generate leads, and support the sales process from introduction to close
Present SNBB Solutions’ services and solutions in a clear, professional manner
Work closely with company leadership to align customer needs with the right solution
Maintain communication and follow-up with prospects and customers

What We Are Looking For

Proven outside sales or business development experience
Existing network in manufacturing, industrial automation, plant operations, engineering, or related industries
Ability to generate real opportunities through current relationships
Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
Self-driven, independent, and comfortable working in a performance-based role
Experience selling technical, industrial, automation, or B2B solutions is a strong asset

Compensation

Contract, commission-based role
High earning potential for the right candidate
Commission structure may include lifetime residual percentages on the accounts you bring in, based on the final agreement terms
This is an excellent opportunity for a well-connected salesperson who wants to earn ongoing income from relationships they already have

Job Types: Casual, Freelance

Pay: $1.00-$300,000.00 per year

Work Location: On the road
