About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Manager (Program Manager) to lead the successful delivery of strategic business modernization initiatives across complex, cross-functional programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, delivery governance, financial management, and transformation expertise, with a proven ability to drive business value through innovation, AI, and technology-led efficiencies.
In this role, you will
Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, delivery commitments, and strategic outcomes.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business leaders, and executive stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point.
Delivery Governance: Establish and oversee program governance, delivery metrics, and performance reporting to ensure quality, predictability, and timely execution.
Risk & Compliance Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while ensuring adherence to organizational, regulatory, and client compliance requirements.
People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
AI & Technology Enablement: Drive delivery excellence through adoption of AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

What you need to have to be considered
Proven experience managing large-scale programs and portfolios in a client-facing environment.
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and financial acumen.
Demonstrated experience driving digital transformation, automation, and AI-enabled delivery initiatives.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex dependencies, and geographically distributed teams.

Total compensation
We regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates. The base salary for this position ranges between CAD 100,000 – 133,000 per year. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual performance-based bonus, as well as benefits that support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing.
