HOURS: Full time, Permanent - Mon to Fri, 40 hours per week.
WAGES: $45,000 - $60,000 salary per year + commissions and benefits (negotiable based on experience)

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Inspecting vehicles and preparing accurate repair estimates
Communicating with customers throughout the repair process and helping manage expectations
Working with insurance companies and adjusters to support claims approvals and supplements
Coordinating repair plans with technicians to support efficient and accurate repairs
Ordering parts and monitoring repair progress as required
Reviewing repair documentation, estimates, and invoices for accuracy
Maintaining detailed records, photos, and supporting documentation
Performing final vehicle reviews to ensure repairs meet quality standards
Supporting a positive customer experience from initial assessment through vehicle delivery
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software systems
High attention to detail and accuracy
Professional and positive attitude
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Previous collision estimating, insurance, automotive, or customer service experience is considered an asset
