Our compensation model is designed to reward motivated, full-time professionals.
Pay Structure
- Guaranteed base pay OR commission — whichever is higher
- Service Commission: 40–50% based on performance and sales
- Product Commission: 10%
- Keep 100% of your tips

Qualifications
- 1+ year of barbering or hairstyling experience preferred
- Licensed Barber or Cosmetologist (or eligible to work in Nova Scotia)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
