ABOUT THE ROLE

Role:

This position requires individuals to be well organized, detail-oriented, and able to take direction and work well as part of a team. Applicants must be able and willing to follow all company policies and procedures and be flexible with scheduling. This position is approximately 40 hours/ week (10-hour shifts +OT).

We are seeking applicants interested in upgrading to a Class 1 Driver's License.

Role Responsibilities:

Travel with driver on delivery routes;
Assist driver with the offloading product;
Perform the delivery function with excellent customer service in mind;
Comply with all safety rules and procedures and Ministry of Transportation laws;
Assist transportation team members, complete tasks and meet customer service requirements;
Must maintain excellent punctuality and attendance record;
Use proper lifting techniques;
Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements:

Schedule: 4AM - Early Afternoon
Must be detail-oriented and well organized with good communication skills;
Ability to set goals and meet deadlines;
Ability to work in all weather conditions;
Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
