Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional patient service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations within our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff or providers
Perform data entry with accuracy
Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Support administrative tasks including proofreading documents and managing correspondence
Provide excellent patient support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Ensure compliance with office procedures and confidentiality standards

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Effective typing speed for data entry and correspondence
Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Clerical experience, preferably in medical or dental offices including front desk or receptionist roles
Ability to handle customer service scenarios with patience and professionalism
Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all communications

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
