About Us:

DOT & Co. (now part of E2M) is a fast-growing team of marketing professionals who specialize in client account management for digital marketing agencies. We're on a mission to help agencies keep their clients happy while giving our team the flexibility to work remotely, set their own hours, and thrive in a fulfilling career. Our unique approach to client management has made us a trusted partner for agencies worldwide, and we're looking for passionate, experienced digital marketers to join our team as Client Account Managers (CAMs).

About the Role:

As a Client Account Manager at DOT & Co., you’ll be the primary point of contact for our digital marketing agency clients, overseeing their client relationships and ensuring smooth, successful project execution. You’ll work closely with internal teams (ads specialists, project managers, etc.) to manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations. This is a remote, full-time role where you’ll have the freedom to work from wherever you choose and set your own hours.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Experience: 2 years of paid ads experience within a digital marketing agency.
Marketing Expertise: You can speak confidently about digital advertising, analytics, and campaign performance. Your experience allows you to be a valuable advisor to clients.
Project Management Skills: You’re organized, efficient, and love staying ahead of deadlines. Experience with managing clients, campaigns, and deadlines is essential.
Strong Communicator: You build relationships effortlessly and excel in virtual environments. You’re comfortable having candid conversations with clients and internal teams.
Self-Starter: You’re motivated to take ownership of your work and thrive with autonomy. You’re proactive and can juggle multiple priorities at once.

Who is This Role NOT For?

Someone without experience in digital marketing or client account management.
Those who struggle to work independently or meet deadlines.
If you’re shy or uncomfortable managing relationships virtually.
If you’re looking for a rigid 9-5 job in an office environment.
