Job Summary:
As our Marketing Coordinator, you will report to the Marketing Manager/Creative Director while working closely with our Senior Visual Production Manager and Lead Graphic Designer to support marketing initiatives across the organization. This is an early-career opportunity for someone with a foundation in marketing who is eager to build practical experience across digital campaigns, social media, websites, communications, and analytics. This is also a hands-on role where you’ll contribute to digital marketing campaigns, social media, website management, corporate communications, recruitment marketing, and online advertising. You’ll collaborate with our creative team to help deliver engaging marketing campaigns that strengthen our brands across Atlantic Canada.

What You’ll Do
- Support digital marketing campaigns and online advertising initiatives.
- Create, schedule, and publish social media content.
- Assist with website updates and SEO initiatives.
- Draft marketing and corporate communications.
- Assist with monitoring campaign performance and preparing basic marketing reports.
- Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with our design and visual production teams to deliver engaging marketing campaigns.
- Assist with company events, promotional campaigns, and special projects.
What We’re Looking For
You are someone who:
- Has one to two years of related experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing. Relevant co-op, internship, freelance, volunteer, or project experience may be considered.
- Has a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Enjoys creating engaging content and telling compelling stories.
- Has experience with social media, digital marketing, and website content management.
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Has experience with, or an interest in learning, digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Microsoft 365, Adobe products, or Mailchimp.
- Communicates effectively and enjoys building positive working relationships.
- Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment where ideas, creativity, and expertise are shared to achieve common goals.
- Is curious, eager to learn, and excited to continue growing professionally.
