REQUIREMENTS
You must hold at least one of the following active certifications:
- Canadian Red Cross First Aid CPR Instructor Certificate
- Canadian Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor Certificate
- Canadian Red Cross Emergency Medical Responder Instructor Certificate
Please note: An Instructor-level certificate is required — participant-level certification does not qualify.
Other requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of teaching or facilitation experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation (on-the-road role across your region)
