Full job description

We are looking for a Communications Lead to own how our clients, and Ralli itself, show up in the market. You turn strategy into communication that moves the right people, across every channel, and you own whether it lands.

One day that is a sharp landing page and the email sequence behind it. The next it is a blog piece, a set of social graphics, and a handful of thoughtful direct messages to exactly the right accounts. The channels change. The craft underneath stays the same: knowing how to tell a story and make it land, whether the medium is a headline, a layout, or a one-to-one note.

You will use AI and modern tools to work fast, but the judgment is yours. Knowing when a piece is both on brand and built to move the reader to act is the whole job.

This is not a task-taker seat. We need someone who thinks ahead, connects dots, and takes initiative before being asked.

What you'll do

Own client communication across social, email, blog, landing pages, and direct outreach
Design the visual side of that work so it looks as good as it reads
Run direct, one-to-one engagement with the specific accounts that matter
Build and iterate email marketing programs end to end
Use AI and modern tools for speed, and your own judgment for whether the message is right

Who you are

A designer with an eye. You have real visual craft and work that shows it.
A communicator with judgment. You can tell when writing works and when it does not, and you can make it right, not just prettier.
A proactive operator. You catch what needs doing early, and you show up with it already in motion rather than waiting to be told.
Digitally fluent. New tools do not slow you down. You go looking for the better one.
Range across channels. You move comfortably between design and words, between social and email and web.

Bonus points for experience with account-based marketing, copywriting experience alongside the design, entrepreneurial experience of your own or a genuine connection to the Nova Scotia business community.
