Compensation: $19–$23 per hour (based on experience)
Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining residential and/or commercial properties by performing routine lawn care services. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities• Apply fertilizers, weed control, and other lawn treatments safely and effectively

Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as blowers
Monitor lawn health and identify issues such as pests, disease, or irrigation problems
Follow scheduled routes and complete jobs efficiently and on time
Communicate professionally with clients when on-site
Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and equipment
Adhere to all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications• Previous experience in lawn care or a related field is an asset

Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license (preferred or required depending on role)
Knowledge of turf management
Pesticide Application Certificate essential

Working Conditions• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions

Physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing
