Part-Time Detail Technician - Vroomcrew Mobile Auto Detailing

Please note that this opportunity is for part-time weekdays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday availability)

Position Overview: We’re looking for energetic, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Detail Technicians. If you have a passion for cars and enjoy working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you!

Key to success in this role:

Great Customer Service: Providing friendly, professional service and communicating clearly with clients and team members.
Eye for Details: Performing thorough inspections to ensure the highest standards are met.
Team Player: Assisting colleagues, maintaining company vehicles, and restocking supplies as needed.
Communication: You are responsive and concise in communication with your team members, management, or clients.
Interior Detailing: Cleaning, vacuuming, shampooing, and steam cleaning carpets, upholstery, and interior surfaces. Spot cleaning for stains, salt build-up, etc.
Exterior Detailing: Washing, waxing, tire and rim detailing, bug/tar removal, trim care, and basic paint decontamination.

Traits that might make you a good fit:

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
The ability to work independently or as a team depending on circumstance
Willingness to learn and ability to focus and ask questions during training
Ability to problem solve and quickly think on your feet
Eye for detail when cleaning and find cleaning to be satisfying
Organized. You enjoy order in things and keep your car or home neat
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Basic vehicle knowledge
Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean record
Flexible with work hours, including occasional overtime

Training Provided:

1-day orientation and onboarding
2 weeks of hands-on training

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting wage: $17.50/hr
100% of tips from solo-completed services.

2-3 shifts per week
