Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and energetic Tattoo Artist to join our vibrant studio team! In this dynamic role, you will bring clients’ visions to life through expertly crafted tattoos while providing exceptional customer service in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Your creativity, technical skill, and passion for body art will help elevate our studio’s reputation and ensure every guest leaves satisfied and inspired. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your portfolio, connect with diverse clients, and be part of a passionate artistic community.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their tattoo ideas, offering professional guidance on design, placement, and size.
Prepare clients for their tattoo session by explaining the process, aftercare instructions, and addressing any concerns.
Execute high-quality tattoo work using sterilized equipment and adhering strictly to sanitation standards to ensure safety and hygiene.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all health regulations related to body art procedures.
Promote additional services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, or nail care to enhance client satisfaction and studio revenue through upselling.
Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing client records, and providing guest services that create a welcoming atmosphere.
Engage in product demos or retail sales of tattoo aftercare products and beauty accessories to support client needs and studio growth.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Tattoo Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles and techniques.
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of sanitation protocols, sterilization processes, and safety standards essential for body art practices.
Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Skills in retail sales or upselling beauty services such as hair styling, nail care, or makeup application are a plus.
Previous experience in hospitality or guest services roles is beneficial for creating an inviting studio atmosphere.
