The Opportunity
Are you early in your marketing career and feeling held back by "traditional" marketing methods?
This role is for marketers who have already made AI a core part of their daily workflow – you’ve evolved past basic prompting to integrate AI into full-cycle marketing operations.
As a "department of one", you will personally drive all the execution using AI and marketing tools to power the growth of four distinct brands (Oliver Solutions / Oliver’s Learning / Credit Tracker / Spiffy).
You will help evolve our presence for the next era of search and discovery (GEO/AEO/AI search visibility) ensuring our brands are the ultimate authorities in our space.
This position requires you to be on site five (5) days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the VP Marketing, Business Development and Customer Success, the duties and responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
● Solo Marketing Operations: Act as the sole marketing practitioner for four brands, collaborating cross-functionally with other departments (Sales, Operations, Educational Content, and Leadership).
● Strategic Thinking: Act as a proactive thinker who identifies market opportunities and presents clear, data-backed briefs to the VP regarding campaign direction.
● AI-Native Content Production: Drive the entire marketing process from start to finish using a modern AI tech stack (Gemini, Midjourney, Canva Magic Studio, Jasper) to independently build, rapidly produce professional graphics, sales decks, and promotional videos.
● AI Search Visibility: Lead our deliberate shift away from traditional SEO to Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), ensuring our products are the primary cited sources in AI-generated answers.
● Full-Cycle Communications: Own the brand "voice" across all channels. This includes marketing copy, social media, and critical instructional messaging for students in our regulated programs (Insurance, Securities, Real Estate).
● HubSpot Automation: Leverage and learn the HubSpot Marketing Hub to build and optimize lead-gen sequences and complex student lifecycle workflows working with the sales and client service functions.
● Social & Paid Strategy: Execute organic and paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to drive both B2B demos and retail enrollments.
● Internal Collaboration: Work directly with our tech team to improve site UI/UX and align marketing vision with platform capabilities.

● The Solo Operator: You thrive working independently to execute full-cycle marketing operations. You are a self-starter, who owns the process from ideation to launch.
● A Strategic Pitcher: You aren’t a task taker. You analyze the target audience, spot market gaps and confidently pitch original, data backed ideas directly to leadership.
● An AI Power User: You view AI as a core operational engine, not just a shortcut. You’ve moved well beyond casual ChatGPT use, have in-depth exposure to a range of AI tools, and are constantly staying abreast of how the technology is evolving to accelerate your output.
● Precision-Focused: You have the sharp attention to detail required for communicating in highly regulated industries.
Qualifications
● Experience: One (1) to Three (3) years of experience in Marketing or Communications, with strong hands-on capabilities as an AI-powerhouse, bringing proven evidence of using AI to solve marketing and business problems.
● Education: Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
● AI Mastery: Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools (Gemini, Midjourney, Canva Magic Studio, Jasper) to execute full marketing strategies. You understand how to leverage AI for market research, target audience analysis, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and optimizing your workflow.
● Technical Stack: Familiarity with GEO/AEO principles, social media marketing management are essential. HubSpot Marketing Hub would be an asset (automation/landing pages).
● Communication: Exceptional writing skills and the confidence to brief VP on marketing ideas.
