ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a competent and dedicated Admissions Advisor to join our team at Anderson College’s Mississauga Campus. The ideal candidate will be working with mature students and must be passionate about helping them achieve their goals. Please note that this is an in-campus role.

Compensation:

Expected total compensation: $60,000–$100,000 annually

(Includes base salary + performance-based incentives/commissions. Actual earnings vary based on performance)

Duties

Counsel prospective students regarding educational matters and/or potential challenges, such as program selection and schedules
Make prompt and effective contact with inquiries, utilizing approved recruitment policies
Adhere to all provincial, federal, and college rules and regulations regarding student recruitment
Maintain the accuracy and completeness of student databases
Assist in the retention and support of students
Work closely with campus team to achieve recruitment goals

Skills and Experience

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent customer service skills
Proven track record in sales
Working knowledge of MS Office
Minimum 2 years’ consultative sales experience preferred
College diploma preferred.
Experience working in private career college is an advantage
