The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a highly skilled B2B Content Writer who excels at turning complex ideas into clear, compelling content that supports marketing campaigns and drives engagement across the buyer journey.
This role is ideal for a strong writer who enjoys executing high-quality content at scale, working closely with a strategic content lead and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life. You’ll play a critical role in supporting pipeline growth, strengthening thought leadership, and enabling sales conversations through impactful content.
This is a hybrid role with flexible onsite expectations, typically 1 to 2 days per week
What You’ll Do
Content Execution & Development
- Produce high-quality B2B content across formats, including:
- Blog articles and website content
- Case studies and customer stories
- Whitepapers, guides, and gated assets
- Email campaigns and LinkedIn content
- Translate complex subject matter (e.g., products/solutions, technology, compliance) into clear, engaging, audience-friendly messaging
- Maintain a consistent and credible voice aligned with brand positioning
Campaign & Demand Generation Support
- Execute content aligned to integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market priorities
- Support development of assets that contribute to lead generation, nurturing, and conversion
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure content meets business and customer needs
AI-Enabled Content Workflows
- Use generative AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and content optimization
- Apply critical thinking and editorial judgment to refine AI-generated outputs into high-quality, brand-aligned content
- Continuously improve personal workflows using AI to increase efficiency and quality
Research & SME Collaboration
- Partner with subject matter experts across product, sales, and technology teams
- Conduct interviews and synthesize insights into credible, insight-driven content
- Analyze industry trends, reports, and competitor content to inform narratives
SEO & Content Optimization
- Apply search intent and keyword insights to improve content visibility and performance
- Support updates and refinement of existing thought leadership assets
- Use performance insights to continuously improve content effectiveness

- Consistently delivers high-quality content aligned to campaign needs and timelines
- Demonstrates ability to simplify complex topics into engaging, accessible content
- Effectively supports executive storytelling with polished, ready-to-use content
- Leverages AI tools to improve productivity while maintaining high editorial standards
- Builds strong relationships with SMEs and earns trust as a reliable content partner
What You Bring
Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B content writing, preferably in:
- Financial Services, Insurance, SaaS, fintech, or other complex industries
- Proven ability to produce a range of content formats (portfolio required)
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns or demand generation initiatives
Skills
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Strong ability to simplify complex or technical concepts into clear, structured narratives
- Understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how content supports it
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, particularly search intent and optimization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Content management systems experience (Sitefinity or similar)
- SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush or similar)
Modern Content Capabilities
- Experience or strong interest in using generative AI tools for content creation and optimization
- Ability to critically assess and refine AI-assisted outputs & prompts
- Data-aware mindset with an interest in improving content performance
