Supervisor
KeyMaster Escape Rooms
The Role
As a Supervisor, you are the director of staff behind the show. You’ll oversee staff daily happenings, opening & closing the building, full availability during the week, cash handling, and scheduling, working in tandem with our NextLevel Location, Open and constant communication with owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Experience: Welcoming guests, answering phones, and managing bookings with a positive attitude.
- The Mission: Monitoring live games to provide hints and ensure player safety.
- The Reset: Resetting rooms to their original state with perfect accuracy (requires memorization and attention to detail).
- The "Behind the Scenes": Keeping our facility "guest-ready" at all times. This includes closing the building down by yourself, general cleaning tasks, organizing the lobby, and regularly cleaning/restocking washrooms.
- Maintenance: Performing minor room repairs and physical labor as needed to keep the puzzles functioning.
Schedule & Availability
Full availability during the week & weekends
CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: All candidates must be fully available for the duration of:
- Ongoing Hours: Primarily weekends and evenings. Because we are appointment-based, shift end times may vary based on bookings.
- Holiday Work: Availability for Statutory Holidays is required.
Requirements
- Age: Must be 20+
- Independence: Highly reliable and comfortable closing the facility alone at night.
- Transportation: Reliable consistant transportation is a must. Public transport is inconsistent, must own and drive.
- Skills: Exceptional multitasking, basic computer literacy, and the stamina for physical tasks (cleaning and resetting quickly). Acting quickly with spontaneous happenings and customer interactions
