Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Laborer - Painter to join our industrial painting and sandblasting team. This role involves supporting various painting projects across commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with painting -spray/brush and using hand tools and power tools. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment while contributing to high-quality project completion.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, to ensure optimal adhesion
Apply paint, or coatings to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during painting tasks
Assist with rigging and setup of scaffolding or lifts for elevated work areas
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure project requirements are met on time.

Skills

Proven experience in industrial painting
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipment
Strong knowledge of caulking techniques and surface preparation methods
Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently
Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
Customer service orientation with a professional attitude towards clients and team members

This position is essential for supporting our projects with quality craftsmanship and efficient work practices. We value team players who are committed to safety, precision, and excellent service delivery.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
