Full job description

We are seeking 2 hardworking Laborers to join our team. One position will be full-time, year around and one position will be full time seasonal (May - November). The ideal candidate will ensure a safe work environment, follow direction, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Monthly Bonus $176 - 224 – Employee required to have perfect attendance and to have worked a minimum 160 hrs per calendar month. Bonus will be paid out quarterly - January, April, July, October

All employees must have transportation to the business, which is located just outside of Chatsworth, ON.

Daily start time is 8am.

Interviews will be conducted in person.

Duties

loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed.
Follow instructions from supervisor to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Always adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills

Strong work ethic.
Basic to Advanced Carpentry skills. Work experience would be an asset but not required.
Basic to Advanced Masonry skills. Work experience would be an asset but not required.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery (will provide training)
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Attention to detail with a focus on safety practices.
Ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
