Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, assisting in meal assembly, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within the food industry and contribute to a vibrant restaurant environment. Duties

Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and restaurant standards
Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
Handle food safely, adhering to all food safety regulations and procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including kitchen equipment and utensils
Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste
Support the team during busy service hours by serving customers promptly and courteously
Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
Knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards, and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff members
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Passion for culinary arts with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

Pay: $17.00-$30.00 per hour
