Victory Meat & Produce Market, downtown Fredericton’s locally owned and operated grocery store and wholesaler, is looking for full-time driver / warehouse associate to join our team.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a full-time warehouse position. Our warehouse driver / associate will be tasked with:
- Receiving and unloading shipments from our suppliers and processing and loading orders onto our delivery truck for customers.
- Making deliveries to our warehouse customers within the greater Fredericton area.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by keeping the warehouse and delivery vehicles neat clean and organized.
Working four weekdays and on Saturday mornings starting at early morning times are required in order to successfully meet our valued customers’ needs.
Hours: 6 AM - early afternoon, weekdays and 6:00 am - 1:00 pm Saturdays.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations.
- A minimum of at least 3 years truck driving and delivery experience - NOT van or car delivery service experience. A Class 1 license (with an air brake license) would be preferred.
- A clean driver's abstract for the past 2 years is required.
- Have basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
- Pallet breakdown and hand cart / pallet truck experience.
- Previous experience in the foodservice industry and warehouse environment (especially with meat and produce) considered an asset.
