Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Metal Worker to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in metal fabrication and machining, with a focus on quality and precision. This role involves working with various tools and machinery to create and assemble metal components according to specifications.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and plasma cutting equipment to produce high-quality metal parts.
Utilize hand tools and machinery such as press brake machines for bending and shaping metal materials.
Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements and specifications.
Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet industry standards.
Perform welding tasks as needed to assemble components securely.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Use basic math skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication processes.

Skills

Proficient in operating cranes, forklifts, and various CNC machinery including CNC laser cutting and CNC programming.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
Experience in machining processes, including the use of calipers for precise measurements.
Familiarity with quality inspection techniques to ensure product integrity.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
