McGrath Pharmacies Inc.Locations: Florenceville-Bristol and Hartland
McGrath Pharmacies is looking for friendly, reliable, and professional individuals to join our Front Store team. This position will support both of our store locations in Florenceville-Bristol and Hartland, so flexibility to work at either location is required.
As a Front Store Associate, you are often the first and last person our customers and patients interact with during their visit. This role is an important part of creating a welcoming, helpful, clean, and organized store environment while supporting the daily operations of the front store.

What You’ll Do:

Provide friendly, professional, and respectful customer service.
Assist customers with product questions and purchases.
Operate the POS/cash system accurately.
Restock shelves and maintain store presentation.
Support online orders and customer requests.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized store.
Work collaboratively with front store, pharmacy, and home health teams.
Support daily operations at both the Florenceville-Bristol and Hartland locations.

What We’re Looking For:

Professionalism in appearance, communication, and conduct.
Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented.
Comfortable working with the public in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness and ability to work at both store locations.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required.

Position Details:

Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Work will take place at both Florenceville-Bristol and Hartland locations.
Evening and weekend availability as scheduled.
Training and development provided.
