Full job description

The Hay River Dental Clinic is seeking a Dental Office Manager.

You will be an important member of our amazing team! We provide our patients with general dentistry, orthodontics, pediatric care under general anesthesia and oral surgery.

Management roles and responsibilities:

supervising daily business operations,
collecting payments and coordination of benefits,
recruitment and training,
managing staff and staff housing,
planning and optimizing the schedule,
developing efficient processes,
achieving business profit objectives,
providing exceptional customer service,
resolving conflicts and complaints.

Requirements:

experience working in a management role in a dental clinic
leadership skills
mentoring skills
organized individual
strategic thinker
