Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with department heads to
identify current and future hiring needs.
Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.
Manage job postings and ensure consistent employer branding.
Organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring.
Facilitate a smooth onboarding process with HR and hiring departments.
Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.

Skills Required

Master’s degree in human resources.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding.
Proficient in recruitment tools and job portals.
Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.

Requirements:

MBA / PGDM in HR
3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Mandatory experience in Banking / Financial Services industry
