o Ensure corporate credit card reconciliations are completed and up to date monthly
o Support acquisition activities, including setting up new entities in accounting systems, establishing chart of accounts, and recording opening balances
o Oversee tax compliance and regulatory filings, including monthly and quarterly requirements across all entities, while proactively monitoring key deadlines
o Support year-end processes (FY2026), including audit preparation and collaboration with external partners

o Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
o Proficiency in accounting systems (QuickBooks experience is an asset) and advanced Excel skills
o A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
