FFUN Motorsports Winnipeg West is looking for an energetic, people-focused Powersports Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is all about creating unforgettable customer experiences while helping riders find the machine that fits their adventure.

What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome guests to the dealership and help them discover the perfect ATV, motorcycle, side-by-side, or snowmobile for their lifestyle
- Build relationships with customers through great conversations, follow-ups, and personalized service
- Guide customers through the sales journey from first conversation to delivery day
- Share product knowledge and demonstrate features to help customers make confident decisions
- Generate new opportunities through lead follow-up, referrals, and community connections
- Stay current on inventory, promotions, and new models
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience that keeps customers coming back
- Work collaboratively with your team to hit sales goals and celebrate wins together
