Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective tenants, managing leasing inquiries, and supporting the sales process to ensure high occupancy rates. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively. The Leasing Consultant plays a vital role in representing our property and ensuring an exceptional leasing experience for all prospects.
Duties
- Greet and assist prospective clients in person, email and via phone, providing detailed information about available and incoming vehicles
- Plan and organize your day to meet and exceed sales targets, managing your sales funnel efficiently
- Schedule and coordinate test drives, vehicle deliveries, and ensure every vehicle and required document is ready for a seamless customer experience
- Provide vehicle presentations to clients, both in person and through video
- Clearly and accurately present lease and purchase options, helping clients make informed decisions that fit their needs
- Support marketing efforts through outreach campaigns, social media, and community engagement to attract new clients
- Upsell additional products and services that enhance client satisfaction and retention
Skills
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset
- Negotiation skills with the ability to upsell and manage a robust sales pipeline
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple leads and maintain detailed records
- Effective communication skills both verbally and written for customer service and marketing purposes
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
