Job Overview: We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team in providing exceptional service to our hotel guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong customer service orientation. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures - Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately - Maintain a neat and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction Requirements: - Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role is preferred - Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry practices - Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus - Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest services Join our team as a Guest Service Agent to be part of a dynamic hospitality environment where your dedication to customer satisfaction will be valued.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
