Jayman BUILT is seeking an Ambassador/Demonstrator - a key driver in building the early identity and anticipation of Nostalgia Townlet which isn't just a community — it's a once-in-a-generation landmark. A 560-acre European-inspired townlet rising above the Bow River in southeast Calgary, anchored by a 155-ft clock tower, a 400,000 sq.ft. private social club, and a vision unlike anything else in North America.

This is a highly visible role requiring a polished teammate, able to bring a unique lifestyle brand to life.

A day in the life of Ambassador/Demonstrator for The Nostalgia Townlet:

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Customer Experience.
Ability and expertise to demonstrate all product segments of Nostalgia to our future customers.
Work in a team-selling environment alongside experienced Area Sales Managers, supported by a robust marketing plan.
Maintain inventory of supplies and marketing collateral.
Greet and engage customers, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
Tours with small groups of customers.
Register visitors in our CRM system and maintain accurate records.
Answer questions about floorplans, designs, and features.
Showcase the benefits and craftsmanship of the homes.
Ensure signage and marketing materials are current and properly displayed.
Embody and demonstrate the values and vision of Jayman BUILT.

What you will bring to the table:

2+ years in a customer-facing role
Passion for delivering a World-Class Customer Experience
Professional appearance and conduct
High energy, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Team-oriented, dependable, and curious
Excellent communication skills — in person, via email, and over the phone
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, when buyers are most active.
