Located in Calgary's Southcentre Executive Tower, directly across from Anderson LRT Station and steps from Southcentre Mall, our clinic serves a diverse and growing patient population from South Calgary and surrounding communities. We provide comprehensive family medicine services including preventive care, chronic disease management, women's health, mental health support, and same-day access care.
Alongside our family practice, we also operate Autism Exists Diagnosis Clinic (AEDC), a specialized adult Autism Spectrum Disorder assessment and diagnostic service led by Dr. Gregory Skinner, one of Canada's leading experts in adult autism assessment.
For more than a decade, AEDC has helped adults gain clarity, understanding, and access to appropriate supports through compassionate, evidence-based assessment services.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a unique opportunity to develop a rewarding and varied practice that combines:

The successful candidate will work closely alongside experienced physicians while building meaningful relationships with patients and developing expertise in both primary care and adult autism assessment.
No prior autism assessment experience is required.
We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support. Applications from new graduates are strongly encouraged, and we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow within a supportive clinical environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities may include:
Family Medicine
- Comprehensive medical histories and physical examinations
- Women's health services, including reproductive and sexual health counselling, cervical cancer screening, contraception counselling, and preventive care
- Chronic disease management
- Mental health assessments and follow-up care
- Ordering, reviewing, and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Medication management within scope of practice
- Patient education and preventive health counselling
- Care coordination and specialist referrals
Adult Autism Assessment
- Detailed developmental, medical, and psychosocial history gathering
- Participation in adult Autism Spectrum Disorder assessments under physician supervision
- Mental health support and counselling
- Coordination of community resources and supports
- Documentation using structured assessment tools and AVA EMR
Shared Duties
- Collaborate closely with physicians and administrative staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Assist with patient follow-up and continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centred clinic culture

QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed and in good standing with CPSA as a Physician Assistant
- Member in good standing with CAPA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centred care
- Experience in family medicine, primary care, women's health, or mental health is considered an asset but is not required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience with AVA EMR is considered an asset
