Job title: Account Executive (Sales) - Transportation Industry
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Acquisition:
o Identify and engage potential clients in target industries such as e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, and distribution.
o Conduct prospecting calls, personalized outreach, and in-person client meetings.
• Account Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
o Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
• Sales Strategy Execution:
o Develop tailored logistics solutions that address customer pain points and operational challenges.
o Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
o Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Who You Are:
- Sales Professional: Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in transportation, logistics, or a related industry.
- Customer-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative approach to solving customer needs.
- Goal-Oriented: Motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
- Organized: Ability to manage multiple accounts, track sales activities, and maintain detailed records.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sales tools.
- Knowledgeable: Familiarity with logistics services, including LTL freight, Last Mile delivery, and cross-docking, is a strong asset.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for client visits.
