Summary

As a Snow Plow Operator at Bugaboo Landscaping Ltd., you will play a vital role in ensuring safe and accessible environments during winter months. Your expertise in snow removal will contribute directly to our mission of delivering top-notch service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Operate snow plow equipment efficiently to clear snow from roads, driveways, and parking lots.
Monitor weather conditions to determine the need for snow removal services.
Perform routine maintenance on snow plow equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts effectively.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements

Reliable attitude: shows up on time, communicates clearly, and works safely
A clean Class 5 drivers abstract (no major infractions)
A valid Class 5 driver’s license—full (non‑GDL) licence required
Reliable transportation to/from our yard in SE Calgary (transit access is limited)
Experience operating a plow truck and/or skid‑steer
Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various weather conditions.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices is an asset.
