Concrete Pump Helper / Operator Trainee

We pride ourselves on being reliable, professional, and providing exceptional service to our customers. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team with the opportunity to build a long-term career.

Position

We’re looking for a hardworking Concrete Pump Helper who wants to learn the trade. No concrete pumping experience is required, we’re willing to train the right person. This position has the opportunity to advance into a Concrete Pump Operator.

Responsibilities

Assist with the setup and cleanup of concrete pumping equipment.
Handle and move concrete hoses.
Work closely with the pump operator and job site crews.
Help maintain trucks and equipment.
Follow all safety procedures.
Work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Requirements

Valid Ontario G driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn.
Construction experience is an asset but not required.
DZ licence is an asset but not required.
