Job Summary
Hinton Golf Club is looking for a reliable and motivated cook to join our kitchen team at Pano Bar & Grill.

We’re building a positive, professional kitchen environment and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a strong team.

Duties

Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items, ensuring quality and freshness
Cook dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests when required
Support other kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service
Adhere to sanitation standards and health regulations

Experience

Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety practices
Familiarity with food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in a kitchen setting
Experience with meal preparation and food industry standards is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong understanding of food safety protocols and hygiene standards
