Montana’s is where BBQ-lovers, friends and family alike get together in an energetic gathering place to devour mouth-watering favourites fresh off the grill. We’re looking for friendly, down-to-earth Team Members who are passionate about cooking or serving the best BBQ in Canada and want to have a great time doing it.
We're looking for fun, down-to-earth people to join our team at our newest Montana’s BBQ & Bar located in Hinton AB. You can apply two different ways:

Prep Cook Responsibilities
- Make food to specifications to create a great dining experience
- Complete prep lists to ensure enough product is prepared and available for service
- Keep work area, utensils and production equipment in a clean, sanitized state
- Control waste and spoilage
- Follow safe food handling procedures at all times
- Complete cleaning schedules as assigned
- Adhere to all Food Safety policies and procedures
Is This You?
- Previous experience handling or cooking food is an asset
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Energetic and self-confident with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work a flexible schedule (i.e. days, nights, weekends)
Line CookResponsibilities
- Ensure the quality of food is outstanding each and every time
- Plate food to specifications to create a great dining experience
- Perform opening & closing procedures as instructed
- Keep work area, utensils and production equipment in a clean, sanitized state at all times
- Adhere to all Food Safety policies and procedures
Is This You?
- Previous experience as a Line Cook is an asset
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and self-confident with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Follows standards and procedures
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work a flexible schedule (i.e. days, nights, weekends)
- Willing to help with prep and dishes as needed
- Food Safety certified or willing to obtain within 3 months
Dishwasher
Responsibilities:
- Keep the dishwashing area organized, tidy and clean
- Set up the dishwashing area and operate dishwashing machine
- Have clean dishes available and put away to serve our food
- Set up bus pans for soaking and sinks for manual washing
- Complete cleaning jobs outlined by management teams
- Keep garbage containers emptied and cleaned
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures
