At Pattison Agriculture we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT AND EVOLVE with us! We are looking for a Parts Technician (Shift) to join our fast-paced, energetic dealership in Humboldt, SK. This position may work a modified shift that includes days/evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience in person and on the phone
- Assist internal and external customers with troubleshooting, locating parts and resources, and placing orders
- Make suggestions for additional items that may be beneficial or help with preventative maintenance
- Assisting in all areas of the parts department as needed such as housekeeping, stocking shelves, merchandising
- Receive, put away and count inventory
- Build and maintain customer and co-worker relationships
- Participate in training to develop skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Agriculture parts and machinery knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Experience working with software systems
- The ability to lift heavy parts
- A valid driver’s license
- The ability to work flexible/extended hours and weekends
- Farming background/experience an asset
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Parts Department environment
- Journeyman Parts Designation an asset
