About us

Hill Mental Health is a family-owned and operated clinic — built out of genuine passion, not part of a large franchise or corporate group. That's deliberate. It lets us stay small, personal, and intimate, both for our clients and for the therapists who join us. We provide English and Spanish psychotherapy to youth, families, couples, and individuals, with a client-centred, integrative approach grounded in evidence-based practice. We don't believe in labels; we focus on individual strengths and meeting people where they are.

The opportunity

We're growing our small team and adding two therapists. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate who is early in their CRPO journey and wants to build a real clinical foundation rather than be a number in a large organization.

Real supervision, built in. Our founder and Clinic Director is a Certified Clinical Supervisor and Registered Psychotherapist. You'll receive genuine clinical supervision and mentorship designed to support your development toward full, independent registration — not just a logo on a wall.
A low, therapist-favourable fee structure designed to grow with you. We keep our split intentionally low because our goal is your development into a confident, independent therapist — not maximizing what we take from your sessions.
A close-knit, collaborative team where you'll actually know everyone, get your questions answered, and have a say in how we work.
The tools to focus on clients, including online booking and practice management (Jane), with the flexibility of virtual practice.

Who we're looking for

Registered, or eligible to register, with the CRPO as an RP (Qualifying)— recent grads strongly encouraged
A genuine passion for client care and a willingness to keep learning
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong asset but not required; we're hiring for both profiles
Comfortable with virtual delivery; warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative

Duties

Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to clients’ needs, including pediatric populations.
Manage case documentation, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
Collect and analyze data related to patient outcomes to inform treatment strategies and improve service quality.
Assist in patient care coordination, including scheduling appointments and providing case management support.
Work with children and adolescents, utilizing specialized techniques suited for pediatric mental health care.
Maintain knowledge of medical terminology relevant to hospital settings and mental health practices.
Support patients with special educational needs by adapting therapy methods accordingly.
