Work on the production floor with consistent speed and accuracy.

Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently.

Follow all procedures, work instructions for all product types.

Must be able to identify materials, determine and verify quantities.

Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.

Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care.

Report any machinery issues to management.

Work cooperatively with the production team to meet goals.

Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.
Qualifications:

Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.

Able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends.

Must be available for overtime.

Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals.

Basic math, reading, and writing skills.

Basic computer skills.
