Contract Length: Typically 6–24 months (with strong likelihood of extension)

Job Description

Raise is building a niche talent pipeline for specialized engineering roles within safety-critical environments, including Human Factors Engineering (HFE), security systems, and regulatory compliance.

These roles are essential to ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operation of complex systems.

What You’ll Work On

Perform system analysis, safety assessments, and technical evaluations
Support design reviews and validation of engineering deliverables
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
Contribute to system improvements and risk reduction initiatives
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and operations teams

Must-Have Skills

Experience in nuclear or highly regulated industries
Expertise in HFE, security systems, or safety engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with regulatory frameworks and compliance programs
Background in design engineering or system evaluation
