Full job description

IN-OFFICE POSITION ONLY *****NO REMOTE WORK****

We are seeking a part-time Social Media Coordinator (entry-level position) to join our team. This person will take direction from the Social Media Manager and is responsible for scheduling content into the hopper, managing social media activity, overseeing and acting on account updates, growing accounts, and managing Google Business profiles for Well Known's clients.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Management
Taking direction from the Social Media Manager, the Social Media Coordinator will schedule and publish pre-made content supplied by the graphic designer and copywriter across social media channels.
Monitor and maintain platform updates, including business information, profile bio, link-in-bio changes, banners/covers, profile pictures, and more.
Community Engagement
Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers to build community and foster brand loyalty.
Work aggressively to grow accounts and set benchmarks month over month
Manage brand reputation by addressing inquiries, DMs, comments and escalating issues when needed.
Analytics & Reporting
Provide regular reports with insights
Partnerships & Campaigns
Coordinate with influencers, partners, and the online community to amplify engagement
Support paid social campaigns by working with the Digital Ad Director

Skill Set

This is an entry-level opportunity for a person wanting to break into the world of marketing and advertising through the lens of social media management
Strong knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and platforms.
Can understand, comprehend and accept directions and instructions
Learns, understands and upholds the proper workflow, protocols and procedures of the company
Very attentive and able to focus

Nice to Have

Experience with organic and paid social advertising with commercial accounts.
Experience working with influencers and brand partnerships.
Experience with LINKTREE, Hopper HQ and Basecamp platforms.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week

Work Location: In person
