Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Secretary or Receptionist to join our team in Canada. This vital role is based in our office and contributes to maintaining smooth operations and excellent customer interactions, aligning with our commitment to service excellence.
Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients professionally, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Support the team with organizational tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Prepare basic reports and documentation as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Qualifications
Proven experience in administrative or reception roles.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
