We are looking to hire and train an Electrical Apprentice who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and build a long-term career in the electrical and automation industry. This role provides hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems, control panel wiring, machine wiring, and electrical design. The successful candidate will work closely with our licensed electricians and gain the foundational knowledge needed to advance into roles such as Electrical Designer, Controls Programmer, or other technical positions within our organization.

Under the supervision of licensed electricians, assist with wiring industrial control panels, machinery, motors, and associated I/O devices.

Assist with the installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.

Develop an understanding of electrical drawing standards, wiring practices, redline procedures, and the current Canadian Electrical Code.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Assist with shop cleanup, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and material handling as required.

Support equipment installations and service work at customer sites when required.

Electrical Engineering Degree or Diploma is considered an asset.

AutoCAD experience is considered an asset.

Previous experience or exposure to industrial automation is considered an asset.

Ability to manage tasks and use time, resources, and technology effectively.

Willingness and ability to work overtime and travel to customer sites, including international travel, when required.

Ability and flexibility to work weekends, when required, to meet project demands.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Valid driver's license.
