Job Description:
Selling vehicles and finance products. Finance training will be provided.
What will I actually be doing?
Qualify customers by understanding needs and interests and matching them with vehicles.
Work closely with lenders and customers to secure the best approval.
Close sales by overcoming objections and completing necessary paperwork.
Explaining and offering finance, insurance programs, and aftermarket products.
Delivering exceptional customer service while meeting/exceeding expectations.
Ensure all customer concerns have been met and the vehicle is ready for delivery.
Participate in ongoing sales and finance training.

- Familiarity with Pipedrive or other CRM software

- Comfortable with customer facing and online sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and social media promotion
